Happy Election Day!!!
Detroit was abuzz with excitement today. I stood on line for 2.5 hours this morning. I got to my polling center 10 minutes before it opened at 7am and there were already 300 people on line ahead of me. Amazing. I then spent the rest of my day canvassing in my neighborhood trying to get out the vote. Now we sit and wait for the results. Nerve racking!
